How to allow an Email sender that is being blocked by the SPAM filter

  1. First off, you'll want to go to http://www.fmtc.com and then click on the mail box on the lower left side of the site where it says 'Web Based Email'.
  2. Enter the username and password for your Email box, then log in.
  3. Click on the 'Greymail' folder on the left side of the screen.
  4. Put a check mark in front of the Email that you wish to allow through the spam filter.
  5. Click on the 'Allow Sender' option at the top of the Greymail page.
