Please use the following form to signup for FMTC Internet Service. (You will not have to pay a setup fee and the remainder of this month will be free). If you are submitting this application between 8AM and 5PM, Monday thru Friday, we will call you right away to confirm the application. *With plan 1, you will get 15 hours of online time per month. Every hour over the 15 hours will be billed at $1 per hour. All plans are not dedicated connections. You must disconnect after 7.5 hours of continuous use for at least one hour.
