611 is always a free call to the customer service departments servicing the tower site transmitting your wireless call. If you are not in FMTC Mobile Services’s true home territory and need to speak with us, dial toll free 866-452-7090.
Call Forwarding uses your minutes.
Calling Minutes are billed from send to end, even if an outgoing call is not received by the called party. There is no charge for calls not answered on your wireless phone. Receipt of a voice mail does not charge any minutes.
Roaming rates are $0.69 per minute plus $0.15 per minute for long distance calls when the roaming indicator on your hand set is flashing. Rates reduce to $0.35 per minute plus $0.15 per minute for long distance calls when the roaming indicator on your hand set is solid.
